Toshiba MG07 Enterprise 14TB Hard Drive

At the heart of this external storage solution is the Toshiba MG07ACA14TE, a 14TB enterprise-class hard drive designed for high-capacity data storage.

Unlike many consumer external drives, this model uses an enterprise HDD featuring CMR recording technology, 7200RPM operation and a substantial 256MB cache.

Enterprise reliability and workload ratings are manufacturer specifications for the internal Toshiba HDD and do not constitute a guarantee against data loss or failure.

High-Speed USB 3.1 Type-C External Connectivity

The ORICO enclosure features a USB 3.1 Type-C interface supporting data transfer speeds up to 5Gbps, making it suitable for transferring large files and maintaining extensive backups.

UASP support helps improve communication efficiency between the drive and compatible computers.

The included USB Type-A to Type-C cable allows connection to compatible desktop PCs and laptops equipped with a USB Type-A port.

Actual transfer speeds depend on the mechanical HDD's performance, USB connection, host system and operating conditions.
