Important Compatibility Information
Please check your original charger and charging socket before ordering.
This charger uses the smaller Mini 3-Pin connector measuring approximately 8.9mm, not the larger standard 12mm 3-prong connector.
For compatibility, your device must require:
36V nominal Li-ion battery β 42V charging voltage β 2A compatible charging current β Mini 3-Pin connector
The connector size alone does not guarantee compatibility. The connector pin configuration and polarity must also match your battery/scooter.
Not compatible with:
- Razor scooters
- Razor dirt bikes
- LBW11 scooter
- Lead-acid batteries
- Batteries that do not support a 42V charging voltage
- Devices using the larger 12mm standard 3-prong connector
Charging Instructions
- Confirm your battery voltage, charging current and connector before use.
- Connect the charger to AC power. The indicator should illuminate green.
- Connect the charger to your scooter/battery.
- The LED will normally turn red while charging.
- When charging is complete, the LED will turn green.
- Disconnect the charger after charging is complete.
Troubleshooting
If the LED remains green after connecting the battery, the battery may already be charged, the connector/pin configuration may be incompatible, there may be a poor connection, or the battery/BMS may have a fault.
If the indicator turns off when connected to the scooter, disconnect the charger immediately and have the scooter and battery checked for a possible electrical fault or short circuit.
Safety Warning
- For compatible 36V nominal lithium-ion battery packs requiring 42V charging only.
- Verify that 2A charging current is suitable for your battery/BMS.
- Do not use with lead-acid or non-rechargeable batteries.
- Do not use as a general-purpose DC power supply.
- Do not use if the charger, cable or connector is damaged.
- Do not disassemble or modify the charger.
- Use indoors in a dry, well-ventilated area.
- Do not charge a damaged or swollen battery.
- Do not use the scooter while it is charging.
