The ICOM HM-159LA is a genuine ICOM heavy-duty speaker microphone designed for compatible ICOM handheld two-way radios.
Featuring a large 45mm speaker, secure 2-pin screw-attached connector, 3.5mm earphone jack, and convenient 8-position rotary clip, the HM-159LA is ideal for professional, commercial, security, warehouse, construction and general two-way radio applications.
The integrated Push-To-Talk (PTT) button allows you to communicate without repeatedly removing your radio from your belt, pocket or radio holder.

The HM-159LA uses a screw-secured 2-pin connector. When connecting the microphone to your radio, tighten the connector screws only until securely fitted.
Do not overtighten the connector screws, as excessive force may damage the screws or radio accessory connector.
The HM-159LA speaker microphone itself is not rated as waterproof. Do not assume that the waterproof rating of a compatible radio also applies to the connected speaker microphone.
