Power Supply and Included Accessories

No external AC/DC power adapter or PoE injector is included. This conference phone can be powered through its LAN port using an IEEE 802.3af PoE-enabled switch or compatible PoE injector. Alternatively, an appropriate external DC adapter may be used. The manufacturer documents a 13.5V DC adapter accessory, while the physical unit is marked 14V DC; verify voltage, polarity and connector compatibility before using any replacement adapter. There is no built-in rechargeable battery. Expansion microphones, headset/PA accessories and memory card are not included unless expressly stated.

Important Compatibility Information

This is a SIP IP conference phone, not an analogue RJ11 telephone or USB PC speakerphone. It requires a compatible SIP VoIP service or IP-PBX and appropriate network configuration. A PoE-capable network switch or injector is required for PoE operation. Where PoE is unavailable, a compatible optional AC power adapter may be required. Please check with your telephone system provider before purchasing. It does not connect directly to Zoom, Teams or Google Meet as a USB microphone/speaker.
